Get ready for an unforgettable day as the Schönherr area in Chemnitz transforms into a vibrant festival ground on August 30, 2025. This family-friendly event, running from 2 PM to midnight, promises a diverse programme that caters to all ages.
From 2 PM, the children's ensemble of Studio W.M. will kick off the Schönherr.FEST with a captivating performance. Art lovers can visit the Kreativhaus K40, where artists will open their studios, welcoming visitors and showcasing their work.
As the day progresses, a varied programme will take centre stage. From 3 PM to 6 PM, young ones can enjoy acrobatics, dance studio performances, GNP Sport demonstrations, and ballet performances by Helene Jucht. At 6:30 PM, a musical gala featuring Studio W.M. will take place.
From 8 PM to midnight, Luxus Loft will provide live music to entertain festival-goers. At 8:45 PM, DJ ToSCH and a mini-laser show will add an extra dash of excitement.
The Schönherr.FEST offers more than just music and performances. Throughout the day, there will be a scooter course, crawler track, finger skating, clown shows, games, crafting activities, face painting, jugglers, stilts running, a photo booth, and a climbing mobile to keep everyone entertained.
For those with a taste for culinary delights, food will be available from Cafe Ankh, maxlouis, and Sweet Concepts. A design and creativity market will also be set up, inviting attendees to browse handmade products from various materials.
The highlight of the night comes at 10:45 PM, with a grand laser show accompanied by fireworks. This spectacular display under the night sky is not to be missed.
