Residents of Krasnodar region agreed to 5,800 social agreements
In the picturesque Belorechensky District of Kuban, a local resident named Darya Rakovskaya has turned her passion for painting and photography into a thriving profession, thanks to a government-supported programme.
Darya, who initially photographed her friends and acquaintances, joined the programme in 2021. The initiative, backed by Governor Veniamin Kondratyev, has been in operation since then. Over 42,800 Kuban residents have taken advantage of state support through the programme.
Darya's journey began when she approached the social protection department and signed a social contract, which provided her with 350,000 rubles. These funds were instrumental in purchasing the necessary equipment to elevate her work.
The social contracts in Kuban are part of the new national project "Family", and have been in conclusion since 2025. The head of the programme, however, is not specified in the available information.
Darya's success story was shared by Deputy Regional Head Anna Minkova on her social media platforms, serving as an inspiring example of the programme's impact. Today, Darya organises professional photoshoots and participates in thematic exhibitions.
Recognising the potential of her hobby, Darya realised that she could turn it into a profitable profession. Her story is a testament to the transformative power of government support and the opportunities it offers to aspiring artists in Kuban.
