In the upcoming months, several roads in Hürth-Efferen will undergo renovations. Here's a breakdown of the planned works:

Bach Street

The road surface of Bach Street is set for renewal in May 2025. During this time, pedestrian access to houses via the sidewalks will remain unchanged. Further details about the construction will be announced at a later date.

Luxemburger Street

While specific dates have not yet been provided, parts of Luxemburger Street will have their road surface renewed in June 2025. More details about this project will be shared in due course.

Hospital Street

The asphalt construction on Hospital Street is scheduled for May 6 and 7, 2025. During this period, the street will be fully closed from "In den Höhnen" to Beseler Street. However, it's important to note that this closure does not apply during the construction days.

The asphalt work on Hospital Street will be divided into two sections: from "In den Höhnen" to Draf-Weg and from Draf-Weg to Beseler Street. Vehicle access will not be possible during the construction days.

Construction in Hürth-Efferen

The construction in Bach Street, Luxemburger Street, and Hospital Street are part of the ongoing construction in Hürth-Efferen. The construction in these streets will not affect the construction schedule for Hospital Street.

For residents, construction hours for Hospital Street are from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Residents can reach their properties by car outside of these hours. Cyclists must dismount on the sidewalks during the construction period.

The construction in Hürth-Efferen is expected to continue until approximately May 26, 2025. Residents are advised to plan their travel accordingly during this period.

Three Streets in Hürth-Efferen

In addition to the above, it was announced that three other streets in Hürth-Efferen will have their road surfaces and manhole covers renewed, but no further details have been provided at this time.
