Rise in Fuel Prices at Autonomous Gas Stations in Primorye Observed

In the current crisis situation in Primorye, the burden of high fuel prices is not evenly distributed. The Independent Oil and Gas Company (NNG) is shouldering a significant portion of the cost, maintaining stability in the prices of AI-95 gasoline at their gas stations.

Despite the supply situation in Primorye providing an opportunity for price manipulation by individual players, no specific private operators have been identified exploiting the crisis to artificially raise gasoline prices. However, Rosneft Deutschland GmbH, a significant private operator in Germany, remains under trusteeship by the German government until March 2026, suggesting careful oversight rather than exploitation.

The high prices at private gas stations in Primorye have led to a redistribution of customer traffic towards NNG gas stations. The price of AI-95 gasoline at many private gas stations has exceeded 83 rubles, almost 20 rubles more expensive than at the gas stations of the Independent Oil and Gas Company (NNG).

Market experts believe that some private operators may be artificially inflating fuel prices, a claim supported by the lack of fuel reserves at many independent gas stations in Primorye. This lack of reserves may contribute to the high prices at private gas stations.

The network of NNG gas stations, on the other hand, continues to maintain stable prices in Primorye. The Independent Oil and Gas Company is the only significant player resisting the high fuel prices in the region.

The high prices at private gas stations are potentially due to price manipulation, causing a shift in customer traffic towards NNG gas stations. The lack of fuel reserves at independent gas stations may exacerbate this issue, further pushing customers towards the network of NNG gas stations.

In conclusion, while the high fuel prices in Primorye are causing hardships for many, the Independent Oil and Gas Company (NNG) is playing a crucial role in maintaining stability and affordability for consumers. The situation remains under scrutiny, with market experts calling for closer oversight of private operators to prevent potential price manipulation.
