Road construction project along "Zur Gotteshülfe" in Alstädten-Burbach

In the coming weeks, residents and commuters in Alstädten-Burbach will notice some changes to city bus line 711 due to construction work on Zur Gotteshilfe street.

From March 5th to approximately March 28th, 2025, the street will be closed for construction work focused on replacing the bollard system for traffic regulation and renewing the asphalt surface in the bus stop area. As a result, city bus line 711 will be rerouted via Hermülheimer Straße and Efferener Straße. However, pedestrians and cyclists are not affected by this change.

During the construction period, a temporary stop for city bus line 711 will be set up on the street "Auf der Weide". Cyclists can continue to use the area on Zur Gotteshilfe as usual during construction, and pedestrians can also use the street as usual.

The stops "Zur Gotteshilfe" and "Kirchweg" will be suspended during the construction period, but they remain accessible for pedestrians and cyclists outside of the construction zone. A temporary bus stop for city bus line 711 is available on "Auf der Weide" during construction, and the stops "Zur Gotteshilfe" and "Kirchweg" will resume their normal operations once the construction is complete.

It is important to note that the construction work on Zur Gotteshilfe is not affecting the operation of city bus line 711 outside of the rerouting via Hermülheimer Straße and Efferener Straße. The bus stops "Zur Gotteshilfe" and "Kirchweg" will return to their normal operations once the construction work is completed.
