In the realm of science fiction, the Russo Brothers, renowned for their work in Marvel productions, are set to release their latest adaptation – the Netflix film "The Electric State." Based on Simon Stålenhag's graphic novel of the same name, the film loosely follows the original work, with significant deviations emerging after the introduction of Chris Pratt's character, Keats, and Millie Bobby Brown's character.

The film is set in a dystopian version of the United States, where a young girl, played by Brown, embarks on a quest to find her lost brother. Along the way, she and her robot allies rise up to demand rights for sentient machines and rebel against the seedy ruling class.

The storyline involves a revolution, which may result in potential sacrifices. Fans of action-packed narratives will not be disappointed, as the film offers decent and occasionally explosive action scenes.

The film's star-studded cast includes Millie Bobby Brown, known for her role in "Stranger Things," Woody Harrelson, and Chris Pratt, who plays a renegade smuggler named Keats, a role reminiscent of his character in "Guardians of the Galaxy." Stanley Tucci's character, on the other hand, is embroiled in some form of Evil Corporation shenanigans.

The new trailer for "The Electric State" has been released, but it may not satisfy fans of Stålenhag's original work due to the film's deviations from the aesthetic. However, the film's departure from the graphic novel does not diminish its appeal to fans of other popular science fiction franchises such as Star Wars, Star Trek, DC Universe, and Doctor Who.

The release of "The Electric State" is highly anticipated, with its scheduled release date on March 14. The film's soundtrack features Marky Mark and the Funky Bunch, adding an extra layer of excitement to this much-awaited production.

So, gear up for an electrifying adventure in the dystopian United States with "The Electric State," streaming on Netflix starting March 14.
