The Active Journeys team is on the hunt for a dynamic Project Manager to join their mission in creating healthier, happier communities across Scotland. This role, based in the Edinburgh Hub, offers a unique opportunity to work on exciting, impactful projects that will stretch and empower you.

The Project Manager will be responsible for designing, delivering, and overseeing behavior change and engagement projects, leading and supporting the schools delivery team. With a focus on schools projects across Scotland, the successful candidate will have the chance to make a real difference in people's lives.

The role requires travel and work at various locations across Scotland, and the candidate should be able to lead and mentor colleagues, foster a collaborative, inclusive team environment, and be capable of working both in-person and remotely.

Candidates should have experience in managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and partners, with a strong emphasis on community engagement. They should also have knowledge or practical experience in behavior change concepts and approaches.
