Second gathering of the oversight committee, regarding the peace agreement between Congo and Rwanda, attended by the U.S. and African Union.

The second joint oversight committee meeting for the peace agreement between the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) and Rwanda took place in Doha, Qatar. The meeting, which was announced by the U.S. State Department, involved representatives from the DRC, Rwanda, Togo, the United States, Qatar, and the African Union Commission.

Togo served as a representative of the African Union in the meeting. The main focus of the meeting was the peace agreement between the DRC and Rwanda, and the parties agreed to establish a direct information exchange channel for technical, intelligence, and military purposes.
