Seeking Witnesses for Potentially Harmful Physical Injury Incident at Böblingen Station
A physical altercation took place on July 7, 2025, at Böblingen station, leading to an ongoing investigation by the Federal Police Inspectorate Stuttgart due to suspicion of dangerous bodily harm.
According to the latest reports, the incident occurred at platform 3 around 16:30. Witnesses who observed the altercation or have relevant information are asked to contact the Federal Police Inspectorate Stuttgart at telephone number 0711 87035-0.
The altercation is believed to have resulted from a preceding verbal argument. The suspect, a 25-year-old German national, allegedly injured a 20-year-old victim, also of German nationality, with a pen. The victim, lightly injured on the side of his body, is said to have pushed the suspect back to prevent an attack with an iron bar, which the suspect reportedly picked up from the track bed before the altercation.
After the scuffle, the suspect is said to have fled into an incoming S-Bahn. The Federal Police Inspectorate Stuttgart has initiated investigations and is urging anyone with information to come forward.
