Shops in Altenheim robbed, car plates stolen, vending machine broken into, and burglary reported to Polish police.
In the past few days, East Hesse has seen a series of unsettling incidents. Here's a rundown of the latest developments.
On Saturday morning at around 10:30 am, a robbery took place in a supermarket on Rabanusstraße, Fulda. According to reports, the suspect, described as a male between 25 to 35 years old, approximately 190 cm tall, with short hair, black outer clothing, long black fabric pants, black shoes, a white baseball cap, a beige shoulder bag, and a dark backpack, allegedly punched an employee of the store when she tried to stop him at the entrance.
In a separate incident, a break-in occurred at a retirement home on Uhlandweg in Hünfeld in the early hours of Saturday, around 0:15 am. The suspects, wearing dark clothing and a dark hat, are believed to have forced open a window and stolen cash. They were observed fleeing in a dark Mercedes.
Additionally, unknown persons stole official license plates FD-GR 1963 from a Ford Fiesta parked at the roadside in Adalbertstraße, Fulda, between 11:15 am and 1:25 pm on November 16th.
Another incident involved a break-in at a vending machine in Leipziger Straße, near Daimler-Benz-Straße, between Friday morning (15.11.) and Sunday evening (17.11.).

The property damage from the retirement home break-in amounts to around 1,500 euros, while the supermarket robbery resulted in food worth several hundred euros and approximately 1,000 euros in property damage.
