Small Finance Bank ESAF adopts SugarCRM to manage customer relationships and digital banking services, impacting over 9 million Indian clients.

ESAF Small Finance Bank, a leading financial institution in India, has announced a strategic partnership with SugarCRM, a customer relationship management (CRM) solution provider, to support its digital transformation. The partnership aims to deliver a more connected, modern banking experience to ESAF Bank's over 9 million customers.

TCS BaNCS has been chosen as the key technology partner for ESAF Bank's digital transformation, while SugarCRM will play a pivotal role in this transformation. SugarCRM's solutions are designed to cut through complexity, prioritise opportunities, and increase upsell using existing resources.

SugarCRM will integrate with over 15 internal systems, including core banking, loan origination, digital onboarding, contact center, and marketing tools. This integration will ensure seamless service across all touchpoints and support real-time engagement, deep personalization, and a unified customer experience engine for ESAF Bank's digital era modernization.

The partnership will also see the creation of Customer Information Files (CIFs) directly within the SugarCRM system, ensuring data integrity across the bank. SugarCRM will help manage customer inquiries and leads from various sources, resulting in faster and more consistent customer responses.
