Southwest Region to Hand Over Victory to Tinubu and the APC - Predicts Legislator

In the political landscape of Nigeria, Aderemi Oseni, the Chairman of the House of Representatives Committee on the Federal Road Maintenance Agency (FERMA), has expressed optimism about President Bola Tinubu's re-election prospects in the 2027 presidential election.

Oseni, who represents Ibarapa East/Ido Federal Constituency of Oyo State, recently commended Tinubu's reforms and infrastructural initiatives, noting that they have begun to yield tangible results. He highlighted the Lagos-Calabar Coastal Highway, the Sokoto-Badagry Superhighway, and the planned reconstruction of the Ibadan-Ilesa-Akure-Benin highways as strategic transport infrastructure projects that demonstrate Tinubu's commitment to national development.

The political leader emphasised that the administration's pace of project delivery shows that Nigeria is transitioning from an era of deplorable road infrastructure to one of strategic transport development. He further stated that the people of the South-West, and political leaders across the region, are united in working towards a "landslide victory" for the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the next general elections.

Oseni also criticized the opposition for focusing only on the country's challenges while overlooking the achievements of the administration. He claimed that President Tinubu is laying the foundation for a new Nigeria, a truly recalibrated federation founded on a competitive economy, efficient governance structure, and functional infrastructure.

However, it's worth noting that as of now, no verifiable information is available about any APC politician publicly supporting Bola Tinubu’s re-election bid for the 2027 presidential elections. Stakeholders in the South-West have begun mobilizing support for Tinubu's re-election bid, but specific endorsements or declarations of support have yet to be made.

Oseni's committee has inspected federal road projects across the country as part of its oversight duties. His statements reflect a positive outlook for the future of Nigeria's infrastructure development under President Tinubu's leadership.

The article does not contain any mention of Jonathan or Atiku Abubakar, the All Progressives Congress (APC) or the People’s Democratic Party (PDP), security emergencies or terrorism in Nigeria, the DSS or SERAP, or any other political candidate apart from President Bola Tinubu.
