Currently, Depenbrock manages 37 properties for the municipality of Stemwede, including schools, kindergartens, sports facilities, fire station buildings, chapel buildings, the town hall, and other public buildings. Regular property inspections are a part of Depenbrock's responsibilities for the municipality.

The focus of the new contract with Depenbrock is on ensuring the seamless continuation of the partnership from January 1, 2026 onwards.
