On Friday, August 22, an e-scooter was stolen in Hamm-Mitte, Germany. The incident occurred near the Maxima parking lot on Jรผrgen-Graef-Allee around 7:50 PM.
According to the police, the suspects involved in the theft are estimated to be between 17 and 20 years old. One of the suspects is approximately 1.70 meters tall and has brown curls, dressed in dark clothing. The second suspect is approximately 1.80 meters tall, has black curly hair, and was wearing a red pullover and black pants.
