In the coming weeks, there will be construction work on Bergmannstraße in Hürth-Gleuel, Germany. Here's what you need to know:
The construction work is scheduled to last from April 14 to approximately April 25, 2025. During this period, Bergmannstraße will be closed between Ernst-Reuter-Straße and Schnellermaarstraße. This means that vehicle traffic will be diverted through detours.
Residents can drive up to the construction site but will not be able to pass through it during the construction period. Pedestrians and cyclists, however, will not be affected and can pass through the area as usual.
The construction work is for the connection of a house to the district heating network. Unfortunately, the company responsible for the connection is not listed in the provided sources.
As a result of the construction work, several bus stops will be unserved. These include "Otto-Maigler-See", "Zieskovener Straße", "Barbarastraße", and "Jakob-Eßer-Platz". Passengers are advised to use the alternative stops: "Otto-Maigler-See", "Zieskovener Straße", and "Barbarastraße" will be served by "Heinrich-Imig-Straße", while "Jakob-Eßer-Platz" will be served by "Ernst-Reuter-Straße".
Bus line 711 will also be rerouted via Hermülheimer Straße and Ernst-Reuter-Straße during the construction period.
We will keep you updated on any changes or developments regarding this construction work. Stay safe and plan your journey accordingly.
