Summer evening vision on the rooftop patio of EPH

The "Schlossblick Concerts" are back in Marburg for another exciting season, offering music lovers a unique opportunity to enjoy various genres of music with a breathtaking view of the Marburg Castle. The concert series, which kicks off on July 25th and continues every Friday until September 5th, will take place on the rooftop of the Erwin-Piscator-Haus (EPH).

The series begins with the Christian Gerhard Trio opening the concert season with their performance of "Jazz on a summer's night" on July 25th. On August 1st, Lazarillo & die Stylophanten will perform German Hip Hop with a live band. The following week, on August 8th, the concerts will feature the performances of the Gießen indie-singer-songwriter formation Südviertel and singer-songwriter Magnus Ernst.

On August 15th, DJ Scoop & Nice-Cut will spin tracks as a warm-up and after-party, while Lazarillo & die Stylophanten take the stage to perform German Hip Hop with a live band. August 22nd will see the performances of the Gießen indie-singer-songwriter formation Südviertel and singer-songwriter Magnus Ernst. The trio Apewards will bring heavy, grungy sounds with a touch of the 70s on August 29th, supported by local indie rockers Torino.

The concert series will conclude on September 5th with the Blueskapelle Marburg (BKM) playing Blues, Rock'n'Roll, Soul, Funk, and Blues Schlager in German. All songs performed by the BKM will be in German, offering a fitting end to the concert series.
