On Tuesday, the weather will remain as summery as the previous day, with temperatures ranging from 23 to 28 degrees Celsius and plenty of sunshine. However, in the Bavarian Forest and Franconia, temperatures could drop to single digits, and the weather will be cooler than the rest of the Free State. Overnight into Tuesday, there might be morning fog in some areas.
The weather on Wednesday and Thursday will be cloudy, with showers and thunderstorms expected. The southern half of Bavaria, including the AllgΓ€u region, is predicted to experience heavy rain and thunderstorms, particularly on Thursday. In contrast, Franconia and the Upper Palatinate are expected to remain mostly dry or only partly cloudy.
Some of the thunderstorms on Thursday may be more intense, and the sun may peek through occasionally during the showers and thunderstorms. The DWD has also announced that these weather changes will affect the entire Free State region.
For Monday and Tuesday, the weather experts predict no significant changes in temperature or weather conditions. The forecast for these days does not include any showers or thunderstorms.
