Taxi Fare Evasion: Eluding Sidewalks and Avoiding Street Blockages
In the northern part of Hagen, Germany, a bizarre incident unfolded on the evening of September 2, 2025. A taxi driver found himself in an unusual predicament when his passenger, who had initially taken a ride that exceeded 30 euros, suddenly insulted him and fled the vehicle around 22:15.
The passenger deliberately chose dead ends and sidewalks to evade the taxi driver, making it difficult for the driver to follow. Despite a search immediately afterwards, the fugitive was unable to be located.
The Criminal Police have since taken over the case, and initial investigations suggest the fugitive is a 64-year-old individual. However, there are no search results that identify this person as a suspected fraudster.
