The new Service Center in Kelowna will provide comprehensive service options for Tesla owners in the Okanagan, who previously faced challenges in accessing such services. Deliveries of new vehicles are expected to begin at the Tesla Service Center in Kelowna in the next month or two.

By this week, Tesla updated their website to show that the Kelowna location is now officially open. The Service Center is open Tuesday through Friday from 10:00am to 6:00pm, and Saturday from 10:00am to 5:00pm. Service is open Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm.

Tesla initially explored the possibility of acquiring the Kelowna Hyundai dealership at 3260 Hwy 97 N for its facility, but no finalized agreement was reached. Mobile Service was available on a limited basis, and some independent businesses in the area offered limited services for Tesla vehicles. However, many owners had to take lengthy trips to Vancouver for certain services and repairs.
