The commencement of fall internships in Rostov-on-Don has taken place
In a recent statement, Maria Prokhorova, the Deputy Chairman of Sberbank's South-Western Bank, emphasised the importance of investing in youth potential as the foundation for Sberbank's future and that of the country. This sentiment is reflected in Sberbank's internship program, which has just commenced in Rostov-on-Don.
The program is open to students from Southern Federal University, Don State Technical University, and Rostov State Economic University, with eligibility extending to 2nd-year bachelor's, master's, and doctoral candidates. These young individuals bring enthusiasm, bold ideas, and a genuine interest in technology, as highlighted by Nataliya Dudina, Senior Vice President and Head of the "People and Culture" block at Sberbank.
During the 3-month internship, students will have the opportunity to apply their knowledge in practice, working on real products and business tasks. They will also learn from experienced mentors and gain their first work experience in a large bank, with the potential for professional growth.
Sberbank prioritises creating a comfortable work environment and space for growth, creativity, and experimentation for its interns. Hybrid or full-time remote work is possible, subject to manager's approval, and stable pay is offered throughout the program. Interns can work 20-40 hours per week.
Last year, 80% of Sberbank interns from universities in southern Russia and the North Caucasus continued their careers at Sber. The program seems to focus on providing a nurturing environment for students' professional and personal development.
Interns can showcase their skills during the 3-month internship and receive a job offer. Nataliya Dudina expressed her excitement about sharing experience and working together on future-shaping projects, stating that each new internship season brings inspiration to the Sber team.
In conclusion, Sberbank's internship program in Rostov-on-Don offers an exciting opportunity for young, ambitious individuals to gain valuable experience, learn from experts, and potentially kick-start their careers in a leading bank. The program commenced on September 1, and students are encouraged to apply.
