The conclusive event of the artistic contest named "Beautiful and Significant" has come to an end

The "Beautiful and Important" art competition, organised by the Kronotsky Reserve in Kamchatka Krai, has come to a close, receiving over 400 submissions from various regions. The competition, which focused on depicting the inhabitants of the land and the Pacific Ocean, saw many participants using photographs and videos published on Kronotsky Reserve's website and social media as references.

Anna Kostrova, methodologist of FGBU "Kronotsky State Reserve", expressed her gratitude for the positive emotions received while evaluating the works. Many of the animal portraits in the submitted drawings turned out to be realistic.

The award ceremony for the winners of the competition will take place next week at the Kronotsky Reserve's visitor center, located at 48B Rybakov Street, Elizovo. The ceremony will be conducted by the director of the Kronotsky Reserve.

For those who did not win prizes, diplomas will be issued electronically by the beginning of April. These diplomas serve as a testament to the participants' efforts and contributions to the competition.

The Kronotsky Reserve's visitor center is open to the public from Monday to Thursday from 9:00 to 18:00 (lunch break from 13:00 to 14:00), and on Friday until 13:00. The award ceremony will take place within these opening hours.

The art competition did not specify a date for the award ceremony or for sending diplomas to participants until now. However, the excitement is building as the date for the ceremony approaches, and participants eagerly await the electronic diplomas that will soon be sent their way.

The art competition at Kronotsky Reserve has proven to be a successful event, fostering creativity and appreciation for the natural beauty of the reserve. The award ceremony next weekend promises to be a celebration of this creativity and a chance to recognise the talented artists who participated.
