The Pioneer gains a new editor with Rosenfeld stepping into the role.

The Pioneer, a well-known media company and newspaper, is set to undergo a significant change in leadership. Dagmar Rosenfeld, currently the Editor-in-Chief of Welt am Sonntag, will be stepping into the role at The Pioneer starting this summer.

Rosenfeld, who is 50 years old, brings a wealth of experience to her new position. She has previously served as editor-in-chief of the German newspaper "Welt am Sonntag" and will now oversee political journalism at The Pioneer, filling the gap left by Michael Brรถcker and Gordon Repinski.

In addition to her responsibilities in political journalism, Rosenfeld will also have oversight of audio formats at The Pioneer. Her role will be a crucial one as she navigates the ever-changing landscape of the media industry.

Interestingly, Gabor Steingart will also be a prominent figure at The Pioneer, working alongside Rosenfeld. Steingart is already well-established at the newspaper, and his presence is expected to provide valuable support and guidance as Rosenfeld takes on her new role.

It's worth noting that Axel Springer, the company that owns The Pioneer, announced this change in leadership last week. At the same time, it was revealed that a successor for Rosenfeld at Welt am Sonntag has not yet been determined.

As for the outgoing Editor-in-Chief of The Pioneer, they will be leaving the newspaper on July 31st. The exact details of their departure have not been disclosed, but their departure marks the end of an era at The Pioneer and the beginning of a new one under the leadership of Dagmar Rosenfeld.

The Pioneer, as a newspaper, has built a reputation for quality journalism and thoughtful commentary. With Rosenfeld at the helm, it will be interesting to see how the publication continues to evolve and adapt in the years to come.
