Thieves Swipe Wallets as Innocent People Victimized; Mysterious Road Riders Removed from Highway: Was Public Endangered?
In a shocking turn of events, a hit-and-run incident took place on Tuesday morning on Landesstraße 3195 between Rabenstein and Ulmbach. According to the police, a 30-year-old man in a Hyundai i20 was traveling towards Ulmbach when a yellow vehicle crossed onto his lane, causing him to lose control and end up in the opposite ditch.
The motorcyclist was immediately rushed to the hospital due to the injuries sustained in the incident. Fortunately, the driver of the Hyundai only sustained minor rib injuries. The extent of property damage, however, is still unknown.
The hit-and-run investigation group is seeking witnesses to this incident. Anyone with information about the incident or the driver is asked to call 069 8098-5699. Witnesses who observed the incident are also urged to call the same number.
In a separate incident on Tuesday afternoon, a motorcyclist claimed he had to swerve to avoid a tractor-trailer around 12:00 PM on Schulwaldstraße in the Spielberg district. This sudden manoeuvre reportedly caused him to fall off his motorcycle. No further details about this incident have been released yet.
