Three individuals apprehended for pilfering copper wiring on business grounds
In an incident observed through CCTV, three individuals were apprehended on September 3 in Dortmund-Brackel for attempting to steal cable materials from a company's premises.
The theft occurred around 1:30 PM, with the suspects gaining unauthorized access to the premises using a white van. The van, along with the suspects' mobile phones, were seized as evidence.
The suspects, a 38-year-old from Herne, a 20-year-old from Bochum, and a 16-year-old from Herne, were previously known to the police for similar offenses. After identification, they were arrested by officers on the company's premises.
However, there is no specific publicly available information linking these individuals directly to organized crime groups or a criminal gang in Dortmund.
