Three individuals were apprehended in Jalisco and Baja California for alleged involvement in child sexual abuse.
In a significant move to protect the rights of minors, the Fiscalía del Estado de Jalisco in Mexico has reaffirmed its commitment to prosecuting individuals who violate the integrity of victims, particularly minors. This commitment was demonstrated last week when three men, Ascensión "N", Cornelio "N", and José "N", were arrested in Guadalajara, Tlajomulco de Zúñiga, and Tijuana, respectively.
The arrests, which took place on September 4, were carried out by the Fiscalía del Estado de Jalisco. After their arrests, the three men were handed over to the courts that requested them for their respective legal processes.
Cornelio "N" was captured in the Zona Industrial neighborhood of Guadalajara. The judicial order for his arrest was issued by the Fourth Control and Oral Trial Court of the First Judicial District, relating to a sexual assault on a minor that occurred in September 2020.
Meanwhile, Ascensión "N" was arrested in Tlajomulco de Zúñiga. The Nineteenth Control and Oral Trial Court of the First Judicial District issued an arrest warrant against Ascensión "N" for sexual assault of a minor in April and August 2022. The Eleventh Control and Oral Trial Court of the First Judicial District issued an arrest warrant for José "N" due to aggravated sexual assault against a minor in August 2016.
In a related development, a judicial order for the arrest of another individual, José "N", was also issued. However, his current whereabouts are unknown.
Elsewhere in Mexico, the reality show La Casa de los Famosos México 3 LIVE is happening today, Monday, September 8. Amidst the excitement, some fans are attempting to sabotage the show, but details about these attempts are scant.
In other news, a tremor was recorded in Puerto Escondido, Oaxaca today. No damage or injuries have been reported so far.
Finally, in a separate matter, Elsa Aguirre, a prominent figure in Mexican news, sent a strong message to Pepe Aguilar and Ángela Aguilar in relation to recent scandals. The details of this message are yet to be disclosed.
