Tiffany & Co.'s Engaging Pop-Up Experience at the U.S. Open Tennis Tournament

The U.S. Open, one of the most anticipated events in the world of tennis, is taking place from August 29 until September 7. To mark the occasion, Tiffany & Co. has set up a pop-up at the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center, showcasing the brand's craftsmanship and savoir-faire.

The pop-up is open for the entire three-week period during the U.S. Open, offering visitors a unique opportunity to view the iconic Men's and Women's Singles Championship trophies. These classic sterling-silver cups, roughly 18 inches tall and weighing nearly nine pounds each, have been handcrafted by Tiffany's hollowware workshop in Cumberland, Rhode Island since 1987.

In addition to the physical trophies, the pop-up also features a one-of-a-kind, diamond-encrusted tennis racket. Adorned with nearly 5 carats of diamonds, this racket is paired with a 24-karat gold vermeil tennis ball set with nearly 7 carats of diamonds along its seams.

Tiffany & Co. has also partnered with Meta to design an A.I. experience for the pop-up. This interactive feature allows visitors to envision themselves as tennis stars and receive a digital takeaway depicting them on center court.

It's worth noting that Tiffany has a long history of designing awards for various high-profile events, including the Super Bowl, PGA Tour, NBA Finals, Miami Grand Prix, League of Legends World Championship, and more.

Each trophy takes approximately six months and 66 hours of work to be completed, a testament to Tiffany's commitment to excellence. The U.S. Open trophies showcased at the Tiffany pop-up are no exception, demonstrating the brand's unparalleled craftsmanship.
