Timetoact Group Expands with Acquisition of Join
The Timetoact Group, one of Germany's 25 largest IT service providers, has made its 11th acquisition with the addition of Join+. This merger will strengthen the Timetoact Group's position in the IT industry, offering increased efficiency, performance, and stability.
Founded in 1998 in the Black Forest, Germany, the Timetoact Group specialises in the technology fields of Business Intelligence, Big Data, and Artificial Intelligence. With a turnover of 230 million euros in 2023, the group serves preferred customers from the industrial, financial, service sectors, and public institutions across the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).
The merger with Join+, a dynamic consulting firm serving clients from all industries in the DACH region, brings 25 employees to the Timetoact Group. Join+ has successfully completed over 300 projects for its clients, with over 90% of them rehiring the consulting firm. The acquisition expands the Timetoact Group's Data & AI portfolio.
Frank Fuchs, co-managing director of the Timetoact Group, considers the acquisition an important step. He believes it will support the group's claim to offer a broad and manufacturer-independent consulting competence in Data & AI. Felix Binsack, a member of the Timetoact Group's management, views the merger with Join+ as a gain of a highly competent and dynamic team.
The merger also offers more stability and planning security for Join+ employees, providing them with new career opportunities and further training options. Felix Binsack emphasises that the merged team culturally fits well with the Timetoact Group.
After the takeover, Join+ established a second office in Konstanz on Lake Constance. The acquisition has also provided the Timetoact Group with SAP know-how, following the acquisitions of WCA (acquisitions No. 9 & 10). The Timetoact Group, as of 2023, employs 1,350 people at 30 locations in the DACH region.
The Timetoact Group acquired PKS Software from Ravensburg (acquisition No. 8) and Stagil in 2022. After the acquisition, the expanded company serves the regions of Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. The acquisition of Erich Anhut and Jรผrgen Lutz, leaders of Join+, further bolsters the Timetoact Group's leadership team.
The merger of Join+ with the Timetoact Group provides opportunities for increased efficiency, performance, and strengthens the position as a reliable partner in the IT industry. The Timetoact Group continues to grow and expand its services, solidifying its place among the top IT service providers in Germany.
