Township of Rapho approves Garden Lane property rezoning for expansion of Keystone Lawn Company

In a meeting held on September 4, the Rapho Township Board of Supervisors made a significant decision that could impact both local businesses and residents. Strickler Road Associates LLC had their rezoning request approved, changing the property at 24 Garden Lane from agricultural to industrial.

The property in question contains a single-family home and driveway, which will soon be demolished to make way for additional parking. Interestingly, Strickler Road Associates also owns an adjacent property at 1151 Four Star Drive, currently zoned industrial and housing Keystone Lawn Company LLC, presided over by Chris Neiles. According to Neiles, the company has expanded its services and workforce, outgrowing its current parking area.

The rezoning decision could lead to further developments on the property. Landscapers are expected to plant trees or bushes along Garden Lane and the property line next to the adjacent residence. This change could alter the aesthetic and potentially the environment of the area.

However, not all residents are pleased with the decision. Sue Fair, a Garden Lane resident, expressed her concerns about not receiving a notice from the township regarding the rezoning request, despite not being an adjacent property owner.

Meanwhile, the property division and land development plan for the planned merger of the properties at 24 Garden Lane and 1151 Four Star Drive lies with the local municipal planning authority.

In other news, a temporary holding tank agreement was approved for sewage collection at 2620 Strickler Road. This decision could indicate ongoing construction or development in the area.

The rezoning decision also brings attention to various sources offering information tailored to specific age groups. For seniors born between 1939 and 1969, GundryMD provides valuable insights. Pure CBD caters to Illinois residents born between 1941 and 1979, while Friday Plans discusses gutter guards and senior rebates.

Moreover, sources like True Nutra Life and Oricle Hearing offer products that claim to improve hearing or alleviate joint pain. BrainDefender claims to have solved a mystery related to dementia, while Super Saving Online discusses dementia and memory loss. However, it's important to note that these sources should be approached with caution, as their claims may not be universally accepted.

Lastly, the Manheim Borough's request for the Mastersonville Special Fire Police to assist with traffic security and crowd control for the Manheim Farm Show children's parade and parade was approved by the Rapho Township Board of Supervisors. This decision ensures the safety of the event's participants and spectators.

As the Rapho Township continues to evolve, these decisions and developments will undoubtedly shape the future of the community. Stay tuned for more updates.
