In the quiet town of Hürth-Berrenrath, a traffic accident occurred on Friday, 31st January, leaving a 19-year-old cyclist with minor injuries. The incident took place in the morning at around 6:40 am, on the junction of Villenstraße and L 495.

According to the initial investigation, the cyclist was riding on Villenstraße towards L 495 when the collision occurred. The car, which was turning left from L 495 onto Villenstraße, did not stop after the impact. As a result, the cyclist fell off his bike.

The cyclist later filed a complaint at a local police station, and the traffic commissioners have taken up the investigation.
