Tragic Death of a 14-Year-Old Girl in a Suspected Hazing Incident
Last Sunday, Aug. 17, 2025, the tragic death of Janet Vanguardia, a Grade 8 student, was reported. The Borbon Police have initiated an investigation into her death, following concerns raised by her family.
