Train passenger BPOLI EF accused of dishonesty and infidelity

A 35-year-old woman is in hot water after multiple criminal proceedings were initiated against her by the Federal Police Inspectorate Erfurt. The woman is accused of repeatedly traveling without valid tickets on the railway section between Pößneck and Saalfeld.

The incident came to light when the train staff reported the woman's actions to the Federal Police at Saalfeld Station. The deception occurred at Saalfeld Station, where the woman concealed the fact that she was still subject to a ban on transportation.

Investigations by the Federal Police revealed that the woman had a history of similar offenses. Despite her claim of having the agreement of the train staff for her action, it was found that no such agreement existed.

The woman's actions were severe enough for the Federal Police to file a new criminal complaint against her on Sunday evening. The new criminal complaint was related to her deception and concealment of her ban on transportation.
