In the heart of Halle, a historic printing house has been comprehensively renovated, marking the completion of the GRAVO project. This significant development, spanning over 62,000 square meters at Reileck, has breathed new life into a decades-long wasteland in the northern centre of the city.

The GRAVO project, a new residential and commercial quarter, has successfully closed an architectural and functional gap in Halle's urban landscape. The project, which took over two and a half years to complete, involves the creation of five new buildings in the GRAVO area.

Mayor Dr. Alexander Vogt participated in the ceremonial key handover for the GRAVO area, describing the project as a "milestone in urban development." The city of Halle underwent urban development with the addition of this new quarter, which will house the third citizens' service center.

The third citizens' service center will be a new facility for the citizens of Halle, located in the northern centre of the city, following the revitalization of the wasteland. The architect responsible for the planning of the GRAVO project was the firm snarq, while the construction was executed by GP Gรผnter Papenburg AG, a building contractor, not the planner.

The third citizens' service center will be a part of the urban development in Halle, as well as a part of the GRAVO residential and commercial quarter. The opening of the third citizens' service center is scheduled for this year, making it an addition to Halle's urban infrastructure.

With the addition of the third citizens' service center, the GRAVO development will offer a comprehensive range of services to the citizens of Halle. This development is set to become a significant part of the city's landscape, providing a modern and functional space that caters to the needs of the community.
