Nufam 2025: A Comprehensive Event for the Transport Industry
Nufam 2025, taking place in Karlsruhe, is set to be an exciting event for the transport industry and its enthusiasts. The event, open to drivers and their families, will run from September 28 to an unspecified date.
The highlight of the event will be the Truck Driver Forum, scheduled for September 28 at 13:00 and 14:00. The discussions will focus on current challenges in road traffic, particularly the shortages of truck parking spaces in Germany, and the "Wide Awake at 80 km/h" initiative, aiming to prevent accidents, especially at traffic jams. The Vision Zero will also be discussed, exploring the reasons behind severe truck accidents and possible solutions.
In addition to the discussions, exhibitors will present trucks in action on the outdoor area, the Peter-Gross-Bau site. Visitors can expect to see Allsafe refurbished presenting aluminum loading bars, and Wingliner GmbH ready for autonomous loading and unloading. Asphalt fillers, universal repair tape, and E-coolers for distribution traffic will also be launched at the event.
Nufam 2025 will offer a comprehensive supporting program focusing on practical topics. This includes the Nufam Challenge, where drivers can showcase their skills, with the top eight participants receiving a VIP package and competing for a main prize worth 1,500 euros. There will also be a truck model market, an overturning simulator, and the seatbelt sled at the BG Verkehr in Hall 3.
For those interested in learning more about the industry, there will be opportunities to learn about admission requirements, job profiles, and career paths. The Central Association for Bodywork and Vehicle Technology will provide information about training opportunities throughout the event.
Nufam 2025 will also feature a variety of attractions, such as the Nufam Action Zone, which includes a target shooting game, the Dekra truck simulator, beer crate stacking, a bouncy castle, and other attractions. Rescue services will demonstrate a simulated accident with all necessary rescue and recovery measures on the final day of the event.
Christina Scheib, a professional truck driver known from television and social media, will be a guest in the Nufam podcast on September 27, discussing women in the transport industry. After the podcast, she will be available for autographs. On September 28 at 11:00, the "Truck and Talk - American Football Edition" will take place, followed by a break, and then the Unimog course will return. A separate course for children will also be available during the Unimog course.
