A video of the demonstration was recorded and later posted online, showing the street name and license plates of nearby cars. This video, along with other evidence, has been presented in court.

Hensel claims that his house and family were being watched by different security firms long before the abduction of the children. He also testified about an attack that occurred, during which his son was wearing an alarm button. This device allowed him to alert the Danish police and transmit his location to an emergency center. Pictures of injuries sustained by Hensel during the alleged attack are also presented in court.

Hensel claims that the children were exposed to domestic violence with Christina Block. Danish experts have confirmed that the children are traumatized due to the alleged violence. In a surprising turn, the indictment alleges that Christina Block ordered the abduction of the children on New Year's Eve 2023/24, an allegation she denies.

Notably, the Danish intelligence service provided tips to Hensel's family, and a criminal investigation was initiated in Denmark in November 2022 after unknown individuals appeared at Hensel's house when his wife was taking the children to school. However, this investigation was later discontinued.

Christina Block has denied the allegations of violence and accused Stephan Hensel of manipulating the children. Despite these denials, the abducted children have since returned to their father in Denmark due to a decision by the Hanseatic Higher Regional Court.

As the trial continues, the fate of these children hangs in the balance, and the truth about the events that led to their abduction and the allegations of domestic violence remains to be seen.
