Two federal law enforcement officers carried out search warrants, leading to the detainment of an individual who received a 92-day jail sentence.
In a recent development, a German national was taken into custody by federal police at Magdeburg Central Station on August 15, 2025. The individual was wanted by the Public Prosecutor's Office in Halle (Saale) - Branch Office Naumburg due to two arrest warrants issued against them in July 2025.
The arrest warrant enforcement was promptly communicated to the relevant authority by the federal police. The man was found to have an outstanding amount of 635 euros that he was unable to pay, leading to his 92-day imprisonment sentence.
