UFC Fight at the White House Makes Progress - What's Been Revealed Thus Far

The Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) is set to make history as it plans to host a fight at the White House on July 4, 2026. The news was shared by UFC CEO, Dana White, on CBS Mornings on August 12, 2022.

The event, which will be the first professional mixed martial arts event ever held at the presidential residence, is expected to attract up to 25,000 people. This announcement follows Donald Trump's teasing of a potential UFC fight at the White House, hinting at the possibility of a meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin.

Trump, a former U.S. President and a known UFC fan, has attended fights in the past. He is a friend of Dana White and the two have appeared together in public. In fact, Elon Musk was once pictured with Trump at a UFC event.

Ivanka Trump has also shown interest in the event, reaching out to Dana White to discuss the possibilities. However, there is no information available about who will assist Dana White in organising the UFC fight at the White House.

Dana White endorsed Trump for president in 2016 at the Republican National Convention. Trump has also mentioned Ivanka as a potential participant in the planning of the UFC event at the White House.

This historic event will mark the 250th birthday of the United States of America, making it an even more significant occasion. Trump has previously hinted at a potential meeting with Putin in Alaska, but the details of any possible involvement from the Russian President in the UFC event are yet to be confirmed.

Trump made a comment mocking reporters, saying "I don't want you to be comfortable." However, the UFC and the White House have not yet released any further details about the event, leaving fans eagerly awaiting more information.
