Unauthorized Entry into an Outdoor Swimming Pool Facility Building in Seevetal/Meckelfeld lead to theft of tools from parked vans. The incident remains unclear whether it was a hit-and-run or not.

In the quiet towns of Harburg and Seevetal, several incidents occurred on Monday, 23.6.2025.

Firstly, a burglary was reported at the public swimming pool on Straße Am Alten Moor in Harburg. The thieves gained access to the premises between 19:30 and 6:15, breaking into a building and making off with change from the swimming pool. The exact amount of damage caused by the break-in is still unknown.

Meanwhile, in Seevetal/Meckelfeld, two small vans on a parking lot on Straße Storchenweg were broken into around 4 am. The thieves made off with various tools from the vans.

Elsewhere, a collision between a Ford Transit and a Nissan took place on Niedersachsenstraße. The police were called to the scene at approximately 16:30. The driver of the Ford claimed that the Nissan rear-ended him, while the Nissan's driver stated that the Transit reversed into him. The total damage to both vehicles was approximately €2,000.
