Upcoming Deadline for Submissions: Kamchatka's "Time of Meaning" Poster Competition within a Month
The "Time of Meanings" poster competition, named after the late Hero of Russia, Sergei Efremov, is currently accepting submissions from artists across Russia, including regions like LNR and DNR. The deadline for applications on the contest website is fast approaching, with just one month left for Kamchatka artists to submit their entries.
The essence of poster art, as applied to this competition, is to convey a message concisely and clearly. The main requirement for the competition is that the posters should promote traditional Russian values. Participants can create posters in various formats, such as painting, memes, cartoons, collages, emojis, quotes, or graffiti. They can also use various techniques, including painting, graphics, digital works, and even artificial intelligence, to bring their creations to life.
Over 450 entries have already been received for the competition, showcasing the diverse talent of young artists aged 10 to 16. The works will be evaluated in 13 categories, including "Our Victory", "One for All, All for One", "SWO", "Family", "Russia of the Future", "Russia is Beautiful", and others. In each of these categories, 3 winners will receive prizes.
For Kamchatka artists, the categories "Far East - My Love" and "My Home - My Homeland" may be particularly relevant. Since early March, posters that have passed the moderation process have been published on the contest's social media pages on VKontakte and Telegram, giving a sneak peek into the creativity and talent of the participants.
The jury member evaluating the submissions for the Kamchatka Krai is currently not publicly available. However, the diversity of the works will allow viewers to form their own opinion about the choice that the jury will have to make.
The "Time of Meanings" contest is aimed at promoting traditional Russian values through visual art. The 20 best works by participants aged 10 to 16 will be honored in the special category "Hope of Russia". The deadline for submissions to the "Time of Meanings" poster contest in Kamchatka is one month away. Don't miss out on this opportunity to showcase your talent and contribute to the promotion of traditional Russian values!
