US-focused expansion efforts byEveryMatrix centrally involve content aggregation.
EveryMatrix, a leading software provider and aggregator in the online casino industry, is aiming to establish its presence in Connecticut, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia before the end of the year. The company, which delivers iGaming software, solutions, content, and services for casino, sports betting, payment, and affiliate management to global operators, sees significant growth potential in these regions.
However, EveryMatrix President Erik Nyman acknowledges the challenges that come with expanding in the U.S., particularly in states like Delaware with lower revenues. He notes that the regulatory and certification process in the U.S. can be costly and complicated, with each regulator following their own process, leading to additional costs for testing products.
Nyman suggests that a single certification that fits multiple states would be beneficial for cost efficiency. He also believes that smaller states like Connecticut and Delaware can be more competitive by easing up regulations, working together with other states, and finding cost-efficient ways for certification of products and hosting.
EveryMatrix is currently live in Michigan and New Jersey, working with BetMGM, Rush Street Interactive (RSI), Golden Nugget, and DraftKings. They are planning to roll out this feature with betPARX in Pennsylvania later this year. In January, the Delaware Lottery announced a partnership with RSI to launch its first online sportsbook under the BetRivers banner and roll out new online casino games. Despite not being currently licensed in Delaware, EveryMatrix is keeping a close eye on the state as a potential future market.
CasinoEngine, the casino productivity platform of EveryMatrix, has regulatory approvals in several U.S. states, including New Jersey, Michigan, West Virginia, Connecticut, and Ontario in Canada. Via CasinoEngine, EveryMatrix is the largest casino aggregator in the industry, with more than 29,000 games from over 320 suppliers. The company integrates third-party content in a unique way, harnessing bonus capabilities and bringing them into their back office, providing tournaments, free spins, and different bonus options for multiple vendors.
EveryMatrix Americas President, Erik Nyman, believes CasinoEngine has growth potential to be the leading content aggregator in the U.S. market. The company is also considering expanding to Ohio, Illinois, and Indiana, but the business case will determine their decision. Beyond the U.S., Canada, Latin America, and the United States are identified as significant growth potential regions for CasinoEngine. The platform has already surpassed $6.5 billion USD monthly turnover worldwide.
EveryMatrix has a good relationship with Rush Street Interactive, and they are currently working with GLI for approval and regulation in Michigan and Pennsylvania, but in New Jersey, they have their own test labs. As the online gambling market in the U.S. continues to grow, EveryMatrix is well-positioned to capitalise on the opportunities it presents.
In addition to their work in the U.S., EveryMatrix is also supplying platforms and game content for operators like Caesars Palace Online Casino, which is expanding in US states including Ohio, Illinois, and Indiana as regulated markets open for online gambling.
