Veteran Soccer Coach Steve Cherundolo Offers His Enchanting 1930s Residence in L.A. for Sale at $5 Million

Cherundolo got his managerial start in Germany at Hannover's academy system. During his three-plus-year tenure as the coach of LAFC, he became the only coach in MLS history to win both the Supporters' Shield and MLS Cup in his first season. However, he has decided to step down at the end of the 2025 season for family reasons and is moving back to Germany.
The cottage was purchased by Cherundolo barely three years ago for about $4.3 million. It is now listed for sale at a dash under $5 million, about $700,000 more than he paid for the place in 2022.
