In the heart of Plaza de las Flores, the Casa de las Tejerinas is set to host a captivating exhibition featuring the evocative modern landscapes of celebrated Spanish artist Paloma Ripollés. The solo show, titled "Latidos", will run from September 1 to September 17, offering art enthusiasts an opportunity to immerse themselves in large-scale works by the Madrid-born painter.

Over the last 25 years, Paloma Ripollés has exhibited her work in galleries and museums across Spain, including Valencia, Madrid, Barcelona, and internationally in cities such as Paris, New York, and Rome. Her career has seen her work displayed in cities like Florence, Rome, Miami, Madrid, and Malaga, totaling over 25 exhibitions.

Known for her unique juxtaposition of vibrant colors and refined techniques, Ripollés' "Latidos" series is characterized by rich textures and vivid hues. This body of work is a reflection of her deep connection to the world around her, drawing inspiration from Spanish masters like Benjamíн Palencia, the Indaliana school, and Joaquín Sorolla.

The Ayuntamiento de Estepona is hosting the exhibition, which will be held in Sala 1 of the Casa de las Tejerinas. The exhibition's opening hours are Tuesday to Friday, 9am to 8pm, and Saturdays from 9am to 2pm and 4pm to 8pm. Admission to the exhibition is free to the public.
