2025 PokerOrg Fantasy Freeroll Leaders Tighten Up as Main Event Begins
The 2025 World Series of Poker (WSOP) is in its 40th day, and the competition is heating up, both on the tables and in the PokerOrg Fantasy Freeroll.
As of July 5, 2025, the top teams in the freeroll competition are:

- Team Baldys Bandits - 1462 points
- Team TY1823 - 1439 points
- Team sandman201 - 1430 points
- Team TGCcykeldavid - 1425 points
These rankings reflect the final results reported later in July 2025, so as of early July, these teams were leading or among the leaders in the freeroll competition.
In the WSOP, Daniel Negreanu, a member of YEG AllStars, is the sixth-highest scoring player with 252 points. The YEG AllStars team currently holds the top spot with a total of 1,224 points, a mere 100 points ahead of Sarah Herring's Team 2Cards2Chards.
The current leader, Team YEG AllStars, is a formidable force, with five of its eight players boasting triple digit points. Viktor Blom, the top fantasy player with 306 points, is one of the team's members, as is the second highest fantasy player, Dylan Linde, with 296 points.
Linde is also owned by Team WuWizard, along with another top performer, Shaun Deeb, who has 14 cashes in the 2025 WSOP. Interestingly, three of the top five PokerOrg Freeroll teams own Blom and Deeb.
The Main Event has beckoned with 3x points across the board, adding an extra layer of excitement to the competition. Registration for the Fantasy Freeroll is still open, and fantasy players are still piling in all weekend long, eager to secure their place in the $10K main event package up for grabs.
