Steven Lara-Lee Lumley

Steven joined WearCheck in 2008 as a diagnostician and rose through the ranks to become Technical Manager by 2015. In this role, he leads the company's oil analysis R&D strategy and global training initiatives. With over 30 years of experience and multiple certifications, including being a Honeywell Aerospace Certified Tribologist, Steven's leadership has helped improve maintenance strategies and reduce downtime in heavy industries.

Vanessa Evans

Vanessa Evans is a prominent figure in industrial leadership, particularly in the engineering and condition monitoring sectors. She is known for her efforts to champion women in STEM and her mentorship of future leaders in industrial roles.
