In the bustling city of Dubai, Ackash Jain, the co-founder of QnA International, a global business event organiser, resides in the Al Mankhool area with his family. Born into a business family in Indore, India, Ackash's upbringing instilled in him the value of money and the importance of saving. This early lesson served him well, as he embarked on his career in the conferences and events industry, amassing 20 years of experience that culminated in the establishment of QnA International.

At the tender age of 22, Ackash made a significant step towards financial independence by purchasing his first car, a Mercedes Benz, in Dubai. His early professional life was marked by a monthly salary of £600 ($804) from his first job in the UK.

Ackash's financial strategy is centred around achieving financial freedom, a state of having no debts and enough passive income for flexibility. To this end, he invests in multiple asset classes, including real estate, equity investments, mutual funds, and bonds. His best investments, apart from his company, are in Indian real estate, which have appreciated by seven to eight times.

However, even the savviest of investors are not immune to adversity. During the Covid pandemic, Ackash had to liquidate some of his real estate investments in India to survive. Yet, he remains undeterred, continuing to prioritise long-term wealth creation over short-term gains.

Ackash's financial milestones extend beyond personal wealth. A key achievement for him was building QnA International into a positive cash flow company from year one. His company rewards high-performing employees with international incentive trips each year.

Ackash's love for luxurious travel experiences is evident. He cherishes travel experiences, such as business class travel, staying in five-star hotels, and having quality experiences, as his most valued purchases. Before turning 40, he had travelled to over 100 countries, a testament to his insatiable wanderlust.

Despite his success, Ackash values good health and peace of mind above money. He wishes he had started investing earlier in his life and encourages others to start early and consistently save and invest. His life's journey serves as an inspiration for many, a testament to the power of discipline, hard work, and wise financial decisions.
