Volunteer sessions taking place this Saturday at the local library on the topic of giving your time
Volunteering Events and Networking Opportunities at Gütersloh City Library
Are you interested in volunteering or networking within your community? Look no further! The city of Gütersloh is offering a series of volunteering events at the city library, starting on September 13, 2025.
Every 2nd Saturday of the month, from 11 am to 1 pm, the "In Conversation with Associations and Initiatives - Diverse. Engaged. Open." format takes place at the city library's reading café. This event is open to all who are eager to learn about volunteering opportunities or make valuable connections in this area.
During this event, various associations, initiatives, and non-profit organizations present themselves and their work. This is an excellent chance for those who are unsure about where and how they can volunteer to gain valuable insights into the diverse opportunities for voluntary service.
The Weberei Support Association will be presenting at the event on September 13, 2025. Future dates for this event are on the 2nd Saturday of each month: 11th October, 8th November, and 13th December.
Interested initiatives, associations, or organizations can still register for future dates of the event. No prior registration is required for these events. Simply drop by the city library's reading café between 11 am and 1 pm on the designated dates.
This event offers a platform for those who wish to learn about existing offers or make contacts. In addition, volunteering advice will be available at these events.
For the most up-to-date information on the events and participating organizations, we recommend contacting the city library directly via their website, email, or telephone. Local media and the city of Gütersloh's website may also provide updates on these events. Additionally, following the city library or the city of Gütersloh on social media can help you stay informed about upcoming events.
If you have more information about the format, past participants, or similar events, feel free to share, and I can help you further or provide a sample list of local initiatives that often participate in such events.
Please note that if you are interested in knowing which organizations have not been selected, you should inquire with the organizer about any application or selection process and if a list of all applicants is available. Such information is usually not publicly accessible.
