On January 10, 2021, voting concluded in various regions of Kazakhstan, as reported by Almaty.tv, citing the Central Election Commission (CEC). The data was provided by regional, republican city, and capital electoral commissions.

As the votes were being counted, several regions reported their voter turnout figures. Akmola region boasted a turnout of 72.8%, while North Kazakhstan and Kyzylorda regions saw turnouts of 75.5% and 73.9% respectively. Jambyl and Kostanay regions followed closely with voter turnouts of 72.2% and 71.8% respectively.

Voter turnout in Atyrau and Mangystau regions was 56.4% and 55.0% respectively, lower than some of the other regions. Turkestan and West Kazakhstan regions reported turnouts of 65.8% and 62.4% respectively. Aktobe, Pavlodar, and East Kazakhstan regions reported turnouts of 58.8%, 71.3%, and 72.4% respectively.

The cities of Almaty and Shymkent reported turnouts of 30.3% and 56.5% respectively, while Nur-Sultan and Aktobe cities reported turnouts of 45.1% and 42.8% respectively. It's worth noting that Shymkent city had a significantly higher turnout than Almaty city.

Unfortunately, as of the time of reporting, the CEC did not provide information regarding which region in Kazakhstan had the highest voter turnout on January 10, 2021. By 22:00, capital time, on January 10, 2021, 63.3% of the total number of voters had received ballot papers. Voting in the Republic ended at 20:00 local time.
