In the Aurich District, several incidents have been reported over the past few days, with the local authorities urging witnesses to come forward with any information.

On Wednesday morning, between 8 AM and 12 PM, a hit-and-run incident occurred on Hage's Katharinenweg. No specific details about the suspect have been provided, and the police are asking anyone who may have witnessed the incident to contact them at 04931 9210. Additionally, a drainpipe on a garage property in Hage was damaged, presumably by a motor vehicle, with the estimated damage being in the four-figure euro range.

In a separate incident, a 33-year-old Opel driver failed to notice a cyclist on Loppersumer Straße, resulting in a collision. The cyclist sustained minor injuries and was treated at the scene by emergency services.

On Sunday night, a 36-year-old man is under investigation for causing a disturbance and throwing a glass at a local establishment in Aurich's Market Passage. The incident resulted in the slight injury of two people, but no specific information about the exact nature of the injuries or the identities of the injured parties has been provided. The suspect is believed to have behaved indecently towards a blonde woman in a red dress before the incident, but the identity of this woman remains undisclosed.

In Upgant-Schott, a burglary occurred between Saturday at 6 PM and Monday at midnight. Unknown perpetrators gained forced entry to a single-family home on Am Ihlingswarf Street and stole valuables.
