On Wednesday morning, between 8 AM and 12 PM, a hit-and-run incident occurred on Hage's Katharinenweg. Additionally, a drainpipe on a garage property in Hage was damaged, presumably by a motor vehicle, with the estimated damage being in the four-figure euro range.
In a separate incident, a 33-year-old Opel driver failed to notice a cyclist on Loppersumer StraΓe, resulting in a collision. The cyclist sustained minor injuries and was treated at the scene by emergency services.
On Sunday night, a 36-year-old man is under investigation for causing a disturbance and throwing a glass at a local establishment in Aurich's Market Passage.
