In the small town of Ludenberg, residents were left shocked after a series of suspicious events unfolded earlier this week. On Monday, victims reportedly contacted handymen for work, but little did they know that their home repairs would turn into a scam and damage their property.

The drama began on Tuesday when the handymen arrived at a homeowner's residence. The workers proceeded to perform inappropriate and damaging work, removing roof tiles, according to reports. The homeowners and a suspected handyman were encountered by the police, but unfortunately, one of the suspects had already made off by the time officers arrived.

The following day, Wednesday, July 31st, the police were called once again to Ludenberg. This time, only one suspect was present, who had been verbally pressuring the victims immediately after contact. The victims, who had become aware of the common scam, had alerted the police. The suspect demanded a total bill of 18,000 euros, but the initial payment made by the victims was 9,000 euros.

The alleged "boss" of the operation then stated that the total bill would amount to 18,000 euros. However, the suspect who made off did not complete the work on Wednesday, and there is no publicly available information about missing handymen involved in an illegal act in Ludenberg being sought by the police.

Yesterday afternoon, the suspect turned up again with a colleague, claiming they wanted to continue working. Nevertheless, the police are currently investigating the matter and have not made any official statements regarding the suspects' identities or the potential charges they may face.

The victims, understandably shaken by the events, are now left to deal with the damage to their home and the financial loss incurred. The community of Ludenberg is urged to be vigilant and report any suspicious activities to the local authorities. As the investigation continues, residents hope for a swift resolution and assurance that such incidents will not occur in their town again.
