Aqua Jogging Courses Now Available at Lensahn Forest Swimming Pool

The Lensahn Forest Swimming Pool has announced the start of its Aqua Jogging courses for the summer season. These courses, designed to improve endurance, strength, and flexibility, are being held three times a week, offering participants a unique opportunity to exercise in water.

There are only a few places left in courses 6 and 8, which take place every Monday and Wednesday respectively, starting from July 14th and July 16th. Course 6 begins at 6:15 PM, while course 8 starts at 5:30 PM. The sessions last for 45 minutes each, and each one includes a mix of Aqua Jogging and Aqua Fitness.

Participants can use an Aqua belt during the sessions, which allows them to mimic the actual motion of running while experiencing a state of weightlessness. This belt is essential for the effective execution of various running and walking forms in the water, which are taught in each session.

Season pass holders can enjoy free entry to these Aqua Jogging courses. For those who are not season pass holders, admission to the pool is paid at the cashier. The course fee, however, is to be paid directly to the instructor.
