White & Case Strengthens Mexican Presence with Alberto Sepułveda's Return

White & Case, a global law firm, has announced the appointment of Alberto Sepułveda as a partner in its Global Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Practice. Sepułveda, who was previously the General Counsel, Corporate Secretary, and Head of Legal and Corporate Security at Wal-Mart de Mexico, SAB de CV, is rejoining White & Case's Mexico City office, where he served as a partner from 1995 to 2013.
